does being asian hurt?

<p>i know u’ve probably heard this question a ka-jillion times, but if i put that i’m half asian on the app , will that hurt my chances? i’ve heard that it’s better to just put black , but then the app also asks for my mom’s birthplace… which is in the Philippines!!!</p>
