I want to switch from Calc I to Calc II, but I noticed Calc II doesn’t seem to have any Recitation classes? Many Lectures classes are available though. Does Calc II just not recitations?

nope. Just a lecture, no recitation. The class size is much smaller. About 35, as compared to 200 with calcI

that sounds pretty good. does that mean that it would be easier to get help from the prof? I heard that lots of Calc II teachers don’t speak proper english though, is that true as well?

yea, their office hours are not as crowded, they recognize your face, etc. So it is easier to seek help. I got lucky and got a professor who spoke perfect english. Luckily for you, though, calculus is based on numbers, so even if their accent is thick, as long as their handwriting is somewhat legible, you will be fine.
