Does Collegeboard pick SAT questions from a database?

<p>Is it possible that cb picks questions from a database and keeps repeating them? I mean I came across a question that I had seen previously in my other attempt. Obviously I can’t tell the question…</p>

<p>And moreover cb makes us sign a non disclosure agreement about the questions… So could it be possible that it has database for questions?</p>
