Does Columbia look at your resume?

I mean, I have some truly outstanding achievements, but I can’t fit in in the Common App.
Now since so many people are applying, my question is this…
Do they even look at your resume?

Why not? If you sent it in with your application, I’m betting they at least look at it. I sent in one for mine and was accepted.

Columbia doesn’t use the CommonApp.

It will next year.

as far as i know columbia will start using the common app from this year on…

Thank you!
One more question:
If my GPA is not top-notch: 3.82, but really high class rank (top5)

but if I really work hard the first half of the senior year, my school sends it to colleges.
So… any benefits of taking many APs senior year and class rank nr.1 in senior year?

Who knows? If you need a bit extra to push you over the top, that just might boost you enough. But then again, it’s so subjective and random that all you can do is do your best at everything and hope something will fall through on April 1st.

Thank you!
May I PM you my resume?
I am interested in knowing how I stack up.

Sure, I can take a look. :]
