I was wondering if doing science practice tests improves your science score.

My friend said he did a bunch and went from a 28 to a 35 in science.

On the other hand, another one of my friends said that no matter how much prep he did, he was not able to improve his score on the science section.

So what do you guys think? Did it help you?

besides time pressure, how does it help your science reasoning skills? Does it help you develop them or do you get familiar with how to take the science test?

Science portion has little to do with the knowledge of science. It has a lot to do with you being able to interpret passages and graphs. basic knowledge of science is needed, but to master this section you need to be able to infer what is given to you in the graphs and whatnot.
