<p>I was never asked to. I sent an email asking if I was missing anything, and the person replied I was missing the ED agreement and to “Please fax a copy of the agreement to (phone #)”.</p>
<p>I don’t think that implies anything about a hard copy follow-up. Is there anything on their website that states that we must mail a hard copy of ED agreement with fax?? If so, I’m screwed.</p>
<p>I really don’t know… You might want to call instead because we seem to be getting different replies through e-mails.
What happened to me was that I was also missing the ED agreement and I faxed it in and then it got “completed.”</p>
<p>But you’re an international…maybe that made it different?? I’m so confused! The email reply I got doesn’t say anything about hard copy. Now I guess there’s no point in calling either, since their documents due date is over?? 
Did your email tell you to fax only, or send hard copy also?</p>
