Does getting a low score on an AP exam make you dislike the subject?

I don’t know if it’s just me, but when I got a lower score than expected on the US History exam, I began to dislike history in general. I used to love reading history for fun, but now that I got a low score on it, I just don’t like it anymore.

Does this happen to you guys too? Or if the opposite happens and you start liking a subject you got a high score on?

Not at all for me. Although I received 4’s on AP English Language and AP Physics B, I still have interest in the two subjects.

^ get back to me when a 4 is a low score.

^I guess I deserve that comment since a 4 is still a good score.

Well i’ve gotten straight 3’s, so I suppose it makes me ambivalent towards every subject. :p

I find it so discouraging and it feels like I don’t want to pursue the subject anymore.

no i dont dislike the subject. it just makes me think that the entire year was a waste. and it also makes me wish that i had a better teacher and/or studied harder.
