<p>When you are actually attending Harvard, do you get ranked like in high school? Also can you graduate with honors, etc.? I’m asking because some other schools, like MIT, do not rank its students or offer such honors.</p>

<p>Harvard does not rank, but they do give traditional academic honors.</p>
<p>I’m fairly certain that most universities don’t rank–at least, most of the ones I applied to.</p>
<p>Phi Beta Kappa is limited to the top x% of the graduating class (starts at something like 1-2% for junior year induction, eventually becomes ~10% by graduation).</p>
<p>Similarly, summa, magna, and cum laude are capped at certain percentages.</p>
