Does having no AP tests put me at a disadvantage?

Hello! I’ve been thinking of trying my luck at Harvard and a few other ivies, but I’m not sure whether my lack of AP tests puts me at a disadvantage.
I was supposed to take 3 AP tests this year, but I had an emergency biopsy for potential cancer in my ankle that same week so I missed all my tests. I’m an IB diploma candidate, but the only test I took this year was math since my physics exam was on the day before my surgery and all of my other exams are next year.
Will this hurt me?

(Extra info: I’m also URM and a first generation college student. 33 on ACT first try, planning to take it again in October)
Thanks :)

Obviously that will not hurt you. Explain in application. You still have a good shot.

Colleges really don’t give any attention to your AP exam scores, until after you’re accepted, so they know which classes to place you in. If you succeeded in the class, that’s what’s important to them. You will have absolutely no disadvantage from this, but you can still explain it in your application.
