Does Illinois convert old SAT scores to the new SAT format when reviewing applications?

I received a 2130 on the first go-around (680 M, 680 CR, 770 WRI), but that translates to a 1480 on the new scale (according to the CollegeBoard score converter).

So it seems that they DO use the converter.
