<p>I don’t know about your school (public or private or from which state), but transcripts usually only report semester grades.</p>
<p>Most high schools in Silicon Valley report grades (prorgress reports + official grades) to students four or six times a school year, but only the 1st semester, 2nd semester and summer school grades are listed on an official transcript. It is also possible that certain courses taken at community college could be listed.</p>
