Does it look bad if I don't have much involvement with my school?

I am a sophomore in high school and want to go to a top tier school (not sure where yet) and I am worried about my extracurricular involvement. I am on a varsity crew team (possible recruit, I have a good 2k), do community service, participate in high school fishing tournaments, and do a few other things. I also have good grades. However, I do not do any of this through my school, rather, through other independent programs. I am only involved in one school club, which I am dedicated to, although it doesn’t require that much time. Does this look bad for colleges if I don’t have much in school involvement?

Having your extracurricular activities focused outside of the school environment isn’t a bad thing at all.
