<p>After all, the topics are often different each quarter.</p>
<p>With most schools they don’t count it as a “retake” since it is special topics. It’s just different sections of the same topics course. For instance, I know a few anthropology majors at my school that are taking 2 sections of ANP 491- one about India and one about Islam. Completely different courses, but same section number.</p>
<p>why do you care if it looks bad, just take it if it’s interesting.</p>
