Does it matter when ACT score is attained

Suppose one student gets a 36 on her first attempt on a test taken after sophomore year or early in junior year and another gets a 36 on her third attempt on a test taken in her senior year.

Does it matter that you got the 36 earlier andon the first try? Will it make a difference in how the score is viewed by adcoms?

No difference.

It only matters if the test is older than 5 years, or if you were not yet in HS when you took it (with some exceptions)
