Does it matter which school you're transferring from?

<p>Just wondering because I’m already making backup plans that if I don’t get into a school that is not a match/safety I’m going to transfer to my first choice, where I was denied.</p>

<p>Who are you more likely to accept?
Someone with a 4.0 from Cornell or someone with a 4.0 from a community college?</p>
