<p>My major is chemical engineering at UCSD (2nd year) and I want to transfer. I have an opportunity to be a lab asst in a neuroscience lab. Will this experience be helpful? I wish that I could get some lab experience within my major, but it’s unrealistic for a freshman to get into chemE lab and UCSD doesn’t offer enough activities for chemE. (That’s why I want to transfer)
