Marketing “can” have a bad rep because at most schools, it’s the easiest business program therefore when people can’t get through the more difficult business programs (accounting, finance, etc) it’s their back-up. That being said, it’s very competitive and there are a lot of bad marketing graduates, but the good marketing graduates are a necessity to businesses.
