Does MGMT 30A and 30B count towards CPA?

<p>One of the requirements for a CPA license is to get 24 semester units in accounting classes. I have taken Management 30A and 30B (Principles of Accounting), do they count towards the CPA exam? And is there any difference that UCI has the quarter system?</p>

<p>Yes they do count. </p>

<p>The only difference between quarter and semester is that you have to take 36 quarters which is equivalent to 24 semesters. </p>

<p>The thing that sucks is that you have to take 9 accounting courses because you are on the quarter system while you only have to take about 6 courses on the semester.</p>
