Does microsoft come to recruit?

<p>I always wanted to know if big name companies like microsoft and dell visit the university to recruit the best students.</p>

<p>Both recruit at UIUC. Bill Gates actually came there a few years ago to give a speech promoting CS. As he said, “Microsoft hires more computer science graduates from Illinois than from any other university.” Large numbers of national companies send reps for fall and spring recruiting fairs, particularly for engineering and business.</p>
