Does Northwestern's email server block Facebook registration?

<p>I tried to register for a Facebook account today using my @northwestern.edu email address, but haven’t gotten a confirmation link email yet through WebMail. Does the server block Facebook emails to discourage students from using it? </p>

<p>I would assume the confirmation email would be sent almost instantaneously, but it’s been over two hours since I registered. I re-registered just to make sure I didn’t type in my email address wrong, too.</p>

<p>Never mind…got it on my fifth try. Facebook’s server must have been having problems.</p>
