does OLSATs in 8th grade affect getting in to college?

<p>I was in gate starting in 2nd grade then moved up to the best middle school in California… then my dad got a work transfer so I had to move to another… so far I have taken the OLSAT test about 5 times because I moved into another district. I got a 100 on every single one except for the one I took today… which I failed… I’m not worried about getting into Gate classes, but more on if colleges later on will see this and think badly of it… I tried asking them if I can take it over again next time, but the answer is obviously “no”… what can I do?
After I thought about it, I started wondering if colleges “like” students more who got into gate the whole time before high school… :P</p>
