Does part time coursework without a job look bad on a transfer app?

Hi. I will be applying to all my schools for Spring 2020 from a well known CCC. After summer session I’ll have a 3.7 GPA if I get a 4.0 in summer which I expect to. Here is my coursework by semester:
Summer 2017 - 3 credits (4.0)
Fall 2017 - 9 Credits (3.66)
Spring 2018 - Didn’t enroll
Sumer 2018 - Didn’t enroll
Fall 2018 - 6 credits (Online, 3.0)
Spring 2019 - 6 credits (Online, 4.0)
Summer 2019, upcoming - 7 Credits (Expected 4.0, first full time status throughout college career)

Is this a red flag? I have depression that I got under control but that explains my struggles in 2017 and 2018. I’m doing a lot better now. I worked in Spring 2018 but it was an unconventional job and fully supported myself. I didn’t have a set amount of hours. Basically freelance video production stuff.

For reference my top schools are UMich, UT Austin, U of Georgia, UMD.

If anyone asks, you had a health issue that is now resolved. Don’t worry about it.

Are you in-state for any of these places?

How under control is the depression? Will you want a university that has excellent, rather than just standard, mental health services?
