Does penn give any free rides?

<p>i was wondering whether penn gives any free rides. i know they are ivy so probably don’t publicize it but do they give any? if so, what kind of stats does it take to get 1?</p>

<p>The qualifications are weird though. You have to quite literally have a sum total less than a certain amount – even with no income, any assets or insurance policies or stocks can prevent your ride from being free.</p>
