I was accepted to University Park Engineering back in November. I sent my FAFSA in January and my family updated it about a week ago. Our EFC is $9,000. Will Penn State UP give me any financial aid?
Does PSU give need-based aid and if so when do the packages get released?
Penn State is notorious for poor merit and need-based aid. Most students get no institutional aid, making Penn State unaffordable for most low and lower middle income families. Don’t count on any aid directly from Penn State. You may be eligible for a small state grant if you are a PA resident. I hope you have more affordable choices.
