I’ve been very involved in art since I was young. I don’t intend to major in an art related field, but I still wanted to include an art supplement to show my interests. I couldn’t find anything on the website, so does anyone know if Pitt looks at art supplements?
Hello, @conflicted101! When it comes to extracurricular activity and supplements, we encourage students to use the Short Answer Question responses rather than sending any additional materials. The Short Answer Questions will give you the opportunity to weave in information about activities outside the classroom that have been particularly meaningful to you. Short Answer Questions for the Fall 2018 application are not released yet, but will be posted on oafa.pitt.edu/apply shortly. We will also be hosting a Facebook Live event about the Short Answer Questions and tips for responding to them at 4 p.m. on May 23 on the University of Pittsburgh Admissions and Financial Aid Facebook Page.

Art supplements are usually visual and not condusive to a short essay so I’m thinking your answer here is no.
