Does Princeton have a scholars/honors program?

Yale has a Directed Studies program, which is a selective academic program which some select applicants are automatically accepted into. Columbia has John Jay Scholars, Kluge Scholars, etc.

Does Princeton have any comparable programs? Please let me know anything you know about this. I posted a similar question on the Harvard board as well.

Well… I know that for Yale, Directed Studies is a program that you have to express interest/strength in on your application. It’s not just given to the top applicants like Columbia does for JJ and K scholars.

Princeton and Harvard, as far as I know, do not have anything like Columbia’s program.

Also, for Yale, you’re allowed to apply to the program. Stanford has something similar called SLE.

Princeton has a program that is very, very similar to the Directed Studies program at Yale. Here is the website for it:

[Humanistic Studies 216-219](http://humanities.princeton.edu/hum/index.html)

I hope this helps you, Noitaraperp.

Thanks, this is very interesting
