Does Regents/Chancellor at Berkeley use CSS?

Not sure if the Regents and Chancellor scholarship at Berkeley uses the CSS profile. I am not experienced with the CSS stuff. I filled out FAFSA though, I heard that it was too late to file the CSS anyways, should I be worried?
I do not qualify for any type of financial aid, or scholarships at any of the schools I applied to , aside from this UC Berkeley R/C scholarship

Berkely doesnt use CSS profile

Ok but I heard all the non financial aid stuff (private merit aid)goes to css

if you look at the link above you can see that Berkeley is not part of the CSS participating institutes. As of currently only Univ of California Berkeley: School of Law which is not UC Berkley in general

Berkeley is a California PUBLIC school.

It does not provide financial aid funding.
The State of California would provide any funding for financial aid, if you are a resident, through the California Student Aid Commission.

The FAFSA application determines if you qualify for federal grants, work study, and loans.
