does regents grades effect you?

I have a 92 average for my high years and is 6th in my class but my regents grades are terrible will this hinder my chances at getting in my scores will this really hurt Im bad at test but are good in classes. here are my scores

I believe it all depends on if your going to a school in state or out of state.

It depends on the school but I do not think that regents grades matter that much for Syracuse. I applied to Syracuse last year and I am currently a freshman here and my regents grades were not that great. I had a couple of 90s, 80s, 70s, and even got a 69 on my trigonometry regents. I was still admitted to the school so anything is possible.
