does the 33% fee increase at UCs apply only to tuition?

<p>fortify is right. And as in-state UC students, we have the privilege of not paying tuition, just about $10,000 in “fees” every year. I’ve always thought that was funny. I wouldn’t be surprised to increases in room and board fees, though.</p>
