<p>Hi, I am two points shy for the “average” ACT score for the honors dorms at the school I want to attend.</p>
<p>If I apply to the summer term instead of fall, would I be (more likely/absolutely) able to get into the Honors dorms?</p>

<p>I don’t think there is any different rule for summer. The honors dorms really are the same types of rooms as other Ridgecrest/lakeside rooms. They are just in the honors section of the dorms. My kids have friends in both sections. If you simply are looking for that type of room/suite as opposed to being in a section with only honors kids, you can still have that type of room without being honors.</p>

<p>I don’t think so. You should check with the specific school as it might have a certain policy.</p>
