Basically I took the SAT1 once with out much study and scored a 1920 which isn’t bad but for the school I want to go to (Brown,UCLA, etc…) its not good. However the ACT really clicked for me and I’m hoping for around a 34 because I will be putting a lot of study in to just the ACT. However since I’m taking just the ACT w/ writing I wont be taking the SAT Subject tests so I’m wondering if the ACT looks worse because it doesn’t have any subject test scores to go along with it. Also is it possible to send in my subject test scores and ACT without them seeing my SAT1 score?

You can send ACT and SAT Subject Scores for most colleges. Some colleges require all tests that you take, although they usually look at your best scores. Look up individual schools for a case by case basis.
I was like you and failed horribly at the SAT but rocked ACT
