<p>I applied through the SUNY portal, but I did not waive my FERPA rights because I didn’t think that it would conflict with my chances of getting accepted. I do not remember if the SUNY application asked if I wanted to waive my rights or not, but I already sent in the first part of the application and cannot edit it anymore.</p>
<p>so yeah… i’m just wondering… did it ask about waiving FERPA rights?</p>
