Ok, so I was looking at when i got deferred as opposed to my friends and i noticed somewhat of a trend between the kids who got deferred and at what time in the day they did. i got deferred at 6 as opposed to some other kids who got deferred at 1 and 3. The kid who got deferred at 5:40 had very very similar grades/gpa as me…Is it possible that the time you got deferred means something?

it might. nobody really knows.

I don’t think the times really mean anything. I asked one of my friends who goes there and he told me that they send out emails by the bunch. So they just put students in random groups of emails and they send out the email. I think they do it so that they can avoid having their website crash. But I really don’t think it means anything. I got my deferral at 4:22. However, I know that for my region (in-state) that they sent out all of the acceptance letters on Friday the 16th, while all of the deferrals and rejections were on Saturday the 17th.
