Hasn’t been true in our case. Merit aid remained steady. This year, because of medical bills, we were granted additional financial aid as well.
No. I know 2 people attending and both receive aid and this has not happened to them at all.

Another explanation might be that those students lost their merit awards because they did not take the correct courses or didn’t get the grades. Some students and parents don’t provide all the facts and just say ‘the school didn’t give me as much sophomore year’ when there is a reason.
