Does This "Count" as "Hispanic" and Will it Boost Admission Odds?

<p>I fully agree with the Dean. Our collective goal should be equal opportunity with no favoritism, racism, sexism, discrimination, etc. Race should not matter.</p>

<p>On the other hand, the Dean provided advice based on the here and now reality.</p>
