<p>A friend’s son is applying to HYPS.</p>

<p>Top stats, top grades, top rank, blah, blah, blah…</p>

<p>His uncle is a department head and professor at one of them and has been there for 35 years.</p>

<p>Is this a tip? Hook? Or simply nothing at all?</p>
