<p>only graduates. undergrand scholarships are very very hard to come by without unusual circumstances or extraordinary resumes.</p>
<p>‘stipends’ aren’t generally given out anywhere for undergrad though. not under the guise of anything but scholarships at least. you don’t get money just for having a set of qualifications.</p>
<p>NMF get money for “research”…probably the closest thing to a stipend.</p>
<p>National Merits also get a titanic $250 dollar check every semester, which they call a living stipend.</p>
<p>Otherwise, not really. And even that’s sorta a funny joke.</p>
