<p>U-M does not automatically offer scholarships to national merit finalists to the exculsion of other factors like some schools do. They offer scholarships based on overall scholastic achievement which in most cases would include national merit finalists.</p>
<p>What do you think an average amount would be for merit finalists?</p>
<p>I don’t think Michigan needs to cater to National Merit Finalists…they don’t give out that many scholarships anyways, and when they do they’re usually pretty big.</p>
