Does University of California accept TOEFL home edition?

I am taking one in December 21 in my house and I was wondering if they accept Home edition scores. Also, it is possible to submit my toefl scores even if the application deadline is due december 1st right…?? I want to know… Thanks

Acceptable Tests for English Proficiency:

  • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)* examination:
  • Internet-based test (iBT) or iBT Home Edition: Minimum score of 80 or better

Keep in mind that you must complete one of these exams by December of your final year of high school/secondary school.

Self-report your English proficiency scores in the UC application. If you are offered admission, send your scores after admission only to the campus where you intend to enroll. Scores must still be valid (not expired) when you submit them to the campus.

We strongly recommend that you take the test as early as possible, because your score may be a factor in whether or not we’re able to admit you.
