Does Work Experience Even help?

Hey Guys, I’m just inquiring about transfer. I know we all will know if we’re in or not by the end of this month

I applied to LA/SD/Berk

College : CU Denver
California Resident: 3.02 GPA
PreReqs: Done
Campus EC: Officer Board for SASA Denver, Vice President Elect.
Community Service: Volunteer in the ER (4 hours a week)
Work Exp: Campus ID Center (20 hours a week), Finance Intern at Mutual of Omaha ( 20 hours a week )

my essays were solid

I applied for Econ at UCSD, business econ at LA, and Haas at Berk.

Yes, even having a job unrelated to your major works to your benefit. However, your GPA is really low and you are OOS; you maybe have a 5% chance.

I’m gonna be honest, you should have applied to ucd, ucsb, uci or ucsc.

I’m a california resident! I just went to school in Colorado. I have upward trend as well.
1st sem 3.1
2nd sem 2.7
3rd sem 3.3
4th sem should be 3.5+

As far as I know, though, they are making their decision solely on your 1, 2 and 3rd semesters, not the 4th.

Business Econ and Haas are pretty much 0% chance. SD is a longshot
Why didn’t you choose CCC if you wanted to transfer out of Colorado?
