<p>Mine still doesn’t say downloaded x.x and I got an e-mail from them saying it was successfully submitted.</p>
<p>You’re fine. They are probably still processing the thousands of applications that were submitted last night. Don’t stress. My Penn one didn’t say “downloaded” until a day or two after I submitted it.</p>
<p>Time varies. I submitted my CA with the payment a few mins after the deadline for uni of chicago and they downloaded it in a couple of hours. On the other hand, my late submitted Princeton and Stanford Apps both got download 2 days after I submitted which was on 01/04/2011
