Has anyone’s dog had this? I am happy to report that my 14 year old cockapoo has one and that is a happy thing because we thought she had a cancer. The vet left a message for me today that surgery will be in order. Either the removal of the salivary gland or a permanent shunt? I was a little foggy on that part because I was so relieved that it wasn’t cancer.

Glad to hear it, although I’d have to google to know anything about it.

Don’t know about dogs, but in humans, they sometimes go away without treatment.
