<p>I think the original artical was a provocation. And a pretty good one, too. Just look over this thread and note how often the first reaction of readers was, “She’s not that attractive.” Imagine how you might have reacted to the article if there had been no pictures.</p>
<p>There’s something kind of weird, awkward and unflattering about the photos, and that there are so many of them too. And the ones with the husband make me squirm – he really looks like a trophy hunter the way he poses with her. The photos are what make me think it’s a joke, actually. They kind of remind me of this:
