<p>So I guess many transferring people have the same problem as mine, so I post here to seek for help or advice :)</p>
<p>I’m an international student and I took University back in my country in 2006. I left as sophomore without any notice so my record wasn’t recorded there. The problem is, UC requires me to list all of the academic history but since I don’t have the transcript (my university declines to give me), I couldn’t provide them with the exact academic records.</p>
<p>Been trying to contact International specialists many times but they keep asking me for the record which I don’t have.</p>
<p>I cannot list both Spring 2006, Fall 2006, Spring 2007 and Fall 2007 as “dont have transcript” because the system doesn’t allow me to.</p>
<p>I really need help, does anyone have the same problem?</p>
