<p>Find out who the admissions officer assigned to your geographic area is and either write him/her or call to explain and discuss this.</p>
<p>It’s probably not gonna hurt you. Plenty of people get accepted without them. You’re fine…Especially if you have high SATs.</p>
<p>Compared to other applicants who did well on their SAT IIs, you’ll be at a disadvantage but like Glenny mentioned, its certainly possible to get in without them.</p>
<p>You should call NU admissions. They are really very friendly when students call.</p>
