don't think im going to get in cuz of FA?

<p>Hi! :)</p>

<p>I am male in ninth grade applying for a tenth grade spot.
I am applying to NMH, the gunnery, and peddie.
I had a phone interview with peddie and gunnery but they both sent me postcards telling me how they enjoyed our conversation, and I wrote back. My NMH interview was the best one so far, we couldn’t stop talking to each other.
I got all A’s pretty much throughout middle and high school.
I saw my recommendations, and some of them were really good. They talked about how mature, really motivated, inspiring, devoted, and how proficient I am in that subject I was in (they all said different stuff but it revolved around the same thing).
I play three sports, I participate in two clubs, community service, and a lot of artwork (I sent a portfolio), and I am in drama.<br>
My ssats was a solid 81 %
The main problem is that I need full FA (even the PFS said it) and I think that this will bring my chances down greatly.
Also I speak two other languages.
What do you think? all of your input will really help me understand this better.</p>

<p>well, schools are not supposed to accept/decline based on financial aide. They look at FA after they have made their decisions so I think you will be okay.</p>

<p>only need blind schools. I think its a bit naive to think schools wouldn’t prefer a FP applicant with very slightly worse stats than a similar FA applicant. I need FA so it sucks however I think I read that the Gunnery was quite easy to get into and you’re clearly a grea applicant so I think you’lll be fine.</p>
