Don't you ever just want to smack people?

I often find myself restraining myself from saying what I would like to, or keeping myself from hitting someone in times of stress.

People, in person, are just annoying to me so often. I’m not sure that this is an “introversion” thing. I think it might be something else. It seems that people are either stupid, or getting in the way of me doing what I’m trying to do. People ask me “dumb” questions or they literally stand in the way of what I’m trying to do.

when you’re 6’5" and 400lbs it’s best not to smack anyone unless you want to be put away for murder.

maybe you should get a stress ball? one of those yellow ones with a smiley, hmm?

I’m 300 pounds!!!

… Do you mean literally or figuratively?

Oh, I guess literally.

Still, I think your priority at the moment would be to adopt a healthier lifestyle, and only you can stand in your way of doing that.

Otherwise, you’re just angry. We all get angry sometimes; perhaps we visualize ourselves causing another person harm when we are particularly angry, but I don’t think that is a regular occurrence, and if it is, that probably isn’t healthy.

Oy, listen to the man:

We’ve heard of the camera adding 10 lbs, but I guess the internet is like adding 100 lbs? Or maybe just +1/3 of your body weight?

Who knows.

Yes, I have my moments but the likely severe consequences outweigh my desire to inflict pain on others.

In hindsight, I wish I could go back to elementary and middle school and just hit everybody and raise hell, since the worst repercussion was time out during recess.

I ran 30 minutes on the treadmill today at 3.0 mph. A good start, I suppose.

Fantastic! Now do that 3-4 times a week and make sure you are hydrating properly and getting enough sleep.

As a TA, I do sometimes get the urge to wonder out loud how a particular person got into my school.

But that’s as far as it goes.

^I’m pretty sure most people, both TAs and students, get that feeling sometimes.

^ or all the time…

3.0 mph is not running, barely walking. Proud of doing only 30 minutes?
The dudes on Biggest Loser exercise 8 hours/day to make a dent in their weight loss.
Sorry, but you need to get yourself to a gym and hire a trainer if you want results.
You need to be accountable to someone because it is too easy to make lame excuses not to exercise and reduce your caloric intake.
Invest in your health before your excess weight takes its toll on you.
Getting off my soapbox now.

You should go on biggest loser.

RE: Orson Weight Loss Strategies

Whenever you want to eat, smoke a cigarette instead. Three packs a day may be bad for your lungs, but it’ll do wonders for your weight!

I think I’m unaware of who Orson is… Is it a ■■■■■ account?

I never understood the connection between nicotine and weight management. I smoke hookah regularly and I always have something to eat and drink when I’m smoking. Then again, it is more a relaxed setting than cigarettes - which people seem to mostly smoke outside or on the move.

I actually don’t think he is a ■■■■■ in the sense that someone else invented his persona. I think he is legitimately the most pathetically miserable person I have ever heard of.
