<p>My friend and I got stuck in a temp triple room, and we are not happy about it. We decided that we would prefer to say off campus, but we don’t know if it is possible to get out of the housing contract.

<p>There are first come first serve opportunities to rip up your contracts; That’s how they ultimately free up room from temp triples. I’d imagine it is very easy to get out of if you act early.</p>
<p>Should be easy, since they want to free up space and they still have a waiting list for people to come on campus. At most, they might charge a $30 cancellation fee.</p>
