<p>Basically the position is to create discussions of debate at your local dorm to improve the relations of College Democrats on college campuses.</p>
<p>My major is similar to Political Science, however I know the College Democrats are facing troubles especially when we have this rise in conservatism sweeping the nation with idiots like Dubya Bush, Ann Coulter, Dinez D’Souza, Thomas Sowell and the list continues. I wouldn’t mind applying for the position, however I will only focus on domestic issues. I can give a careless about the War on Iraq (it’s a senseless war, but it’s even more senseless to debate about it) or international issues that some students just don’t care. College Democrats try to incorporate everyone that they lose their focus, or sense of direction, and just alienate people. I know some College Democrats wonder why there are no black people as members. We are Dems, but we only care about issues that affect African-Americans, and to a greater extent, Americans as a whole. Anyways, do you think I should run for the position for my dorm next-year?</p>
