<p>Everybody has a different opinion on what dorms to choose, but can anyone please give me guidance by telling me which are the good ones, bad ones, etc - AND PLEASE STATE THE SPECIFIC REASONS!!!).</p>
<p>There are no good or bad dorms. It just depends what you are looking for in your residence experience. Compared to many other colleges, most of the dorms at UF are scuzzy, old, in need of renovation, and very basic. They are also FUN, great ways to meet other freshman, and very convenient. </p>
<p>Go scroll through the dorm and housing threads here on the UF forum going back about 2 years and you can read about the pluses and minuses of each dorm.</p>
